National Pride

With the excitement and enthusiasm of the Olympics still in our minds and national pride at the foremost of our minds it is important to support local business.
Today with instant access to products on the internet, local business are struggling to get customers out of their comfy armchairs into the summer sunshine and into their shops.

During her commission by the government to review the future of Britain's high streets, the mighty Mary Portas directed passionate and unequivocal adice at retailers including bridalwear. The advice spells out what we know to be true "Surviving in todays value-minded, aggressively-discounted, convenience focused market means re-appraising how to compete and doing things differently.
We know how this is done - through EXPERIENCE, SERVICE and SPECIALISM.

"Mo"mentous

I have the Olympics on in the background as I sew.I love the thought that it can inspire us all to work hard and achieve our goals in life.
These remarkable Games have filled us with pride. Both men and women have delighted us with their achievements. Just when we thought it couldn't get any better, magnificent Mo Farah runs the race of his life.

Mo does it with style
With planning and hard work you can achieve.

He had planned his race and calmly started at the back of the pack.

Dedication, can do it.

Then he gets to the front of the pack and works hard.
Ambition, use it to inspire you.
Crowds of people support the Olympians

Hopefully other people will encourage us all to keep going.

He has trained for this for years and then two Saturdays in a rwo he wins GOLD. Mo does it!!

Our new hero, he says with work and dedication we can achieve. The Olympians inspire us to work hard to do well.

The Pursuit of Excellence

Do you ever stop and think how what you wear gives you confidence. As we watch the Olympics and realize how much thought goes into every aspect of what contributes to a gold medal.

"Power dressing", intending to convey the impression of assertiveness and competence, but it also makes you happy.
If you look good you feel good, if you feel good you do good, it helps you achieve your goals. From your dress to your hair and make-up right down to your nails.

And so to the importance of one of the biggest days of your life, you need to make sure that your dress, your shoes, your hair and all your accessories are right to feel right.
Let me help you get it right. With hard work and determination we can achieve.

Thanks to Emma, one of my brides who has managed to get my name mentioned in The Times London Souvenir edition on the 4th August 2012, with the head lines "The Pursuit of Excellence". Let it be the motto for your Big Day.
Team Effort!
